As the realtor in a purchase and sales transaction you are an invaluable resource to your client and to us. You assist our office in helping to have informed buyers and sellers and to expedite and smooth out the transaction. As you know the buyer's mortgage company has hired us to represent them at the closing. We will be gathering information from the buyer, seller and you for the closing and an experienced representative from our office will go through each of the loan documents at the time of closing. Obviously the earlier we can get this information, the quicker we can help to get the loan approved and get the loan scheduled. We cannot schedule the closing until we have approval from the bank.
