As the realtor in a purchase and sales transaction you are an invaluable resource to your client and to us. You assist our office in helping to have informed buyers and sellers and to expedite and smooth out the transaction. We appreciate all the hard work you do and hope that the attached pages will assist you with your job.

As you know the buyer's mortgage company has hired us to represent them at the closing. We will be gathering information from the buyer, seller and you for the closing and an experienced representative from our office will go through each of the loan documents at the time of closing. Obviously the earlier we can get this information, the quicker we can help to get the loan approved and get the loan scheduled. We cannot schedule the closing until we have approval from the bank.

Please assist us by submitting the attached commission statement electronically or printing and faxing it to our office. Also, take the time to review the answers to questions that are frequently asked by our buyers and sellers and/or direct your clients to our site for these answers.
